OUR STORY
What is Alpha Phi Omega?
Alpha Phi Omega is a national, co-ed service fraternity that has set the standard for college campus-based volunteerism since 1925. We have active chapters on over 350 campuses, and we strive to help each individual member develop leadership skills, experience friendship on many levels, and provide service to others.
At Penn, we are the Delta Zeta chapter of Alpha Phi Omega. We host a variety of events, volunteer for local organizations, and get together for fellowships!

Our Pillars
Leadership
Alpha Phi Omega develops the leadership skills of its members. You will have the opportunity to serve as a chapter officer to plan and execute any number of service and social programs, as well as have the chance to participate in a variety of leadership development workshops sponsored by Alpha Phi Omega.
Friendship
Alpha Phi Omega is a fraternal organization and we believe participating in a wide variety of social programs helps build a strong feeling of fellowship. Our social activities, which range from local chapter parties to weekend gatherings involving members from many chapters, provide opportunities to make lasting friendships.
Service
In Alpha Phi Omega, you will be a member of the nation’s largest and most respected service fraternity. Our Projects serve young and old, campus and opportunity, the nation and our own members. Each chapter decides its own service program, so members have the opportunity to offer ideas for projects and to see them implemented.
